On 15 October 2025, Zebrafish Capital participated in the 6th Shanghai–Singapore Comprehensive Cooperation Council (SSCCC) meeting at the Shanghai Xijiao State Guest Hotel—an important platform for deepening subnational collaboration between China and Singapore.
This year’s SSCCC focused on sustainable development and industrial co-creation, with leaders from both sides—including Shanghai Mayor Gong Zheng and Singapore Minister for Law Edwin Tong Chun Fai—discussing green finance, low-carbon transition, and digital agriculture.

Strategic Milestone
Zebrafish Capital signed a cooperation agreement with the Shanghai Chongming District Agriculture and Rural Affairs Committee, Chongming Modern Agriculture Development Group, and Huajing Silicon Valley (Shanghai) Agricultural Development Co., Ltd. Together, we will co-develop and upgrade the Zebrafish Agricultural Technology Innovation Park in Chongming.

Innovation Platform

The park will focus on aquaculture technology, seed and breeding innovation, food incubation, and ecological agriculture—serving as a hub for R&D, demonstration, and industrialization, and connecting the Yangtze River Delta with global agricultural resources.
New Model for Collaboration

This partnership reflects our commitment to building replicable, sustainable models for China–Singapore agricultural cooperation—integrating international capital, technology, and enterprise development.

Next Steps
The Zebrafish Agricultural Technology Innovation Park will officially launch next month. As a pilot, it will pave the way for a “demonstration–replication–scale-up” strategy, inviting more regions to join in shaping Asia’s agri-tech future.
