Zebrafish Capital has signed a formal cooperation agreement with Mushroom World Academy. The Academy is well-known in Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and Brunei for its expertise in mushroom cultivation, biotechnology and education. It has also made important contributions to promoting the innovative application of fungi in sustainable agriculture, health and food production. Its pioneering work has been reported many times in well-known media such as Channel News Asia (CNA).

The cooperation between the two parties will focus on three key areas in China: first, jointly promote cutting-edge biotechnology research in the field of fungi and explore its potential in multiple industries; second, jointly create an innovative resort concept that combines leisure and immersive mushroom education; third, promote international education exchange programs and strengthen knowledge sharing and talent training in fungi-related fields among different countries.

The collaboration aims to leverage the rich experience and global reputation of the Mushroom World Academy, strengthen international industry exchanges and technological innovation, explore and promote the development of China’s new agricultural, cultural and tourism industries, and raise public awareness of the extraordinary value of fungi.
